Owned by Hana Hadasa Limited (RC: 9445421), LegalDoc was founded in 2022 by Kamal Fawehinmi, a lawyer with over a decade of experience. Based in Lagos State, Nigeria, we built LegalDoc to solve a common problem: the difficulty, delay and cost many Nigerians face when trying to create properly structured legal documents or register a business.
