This Refund Policy explains when you may be entitled to a refund for a document or service purchased on LegalDoc.

1. Digital documents

Because our documents are generated and delivered to you immediately after payment, they are generally non-refundable once delivered. We encourage you to review the document preview before paying.

2. When you may be eligible for a refund

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • A technical fault on our side prevented your document from being generated or delivered, and we are unable to resolve it.
  • You were charged but no document or service was provided.

3. Registration services

For company, business-name, NGO and intellectual-property registrations, the service fee may be refundable before our team begins work on your filing. Once filing has started, the fee is generally non-refundable because work has been carried out. Any statutory or government charges already paid to a third party (such as the Corporate Affairs Commission) cannot be refunded by LegalDoc.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of your payment with your order details and the reason for the request. We will review every request fairly and respond within a few business days.

5. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Paystack. The time for the funds to reach you depends on your bank, but is usually a few business days.
